The Italian city of Livorno is the maritime gateway to the Tuscany Region. It is located 91 km west of Florence.  Other nearby cities are Pisa and Lucca.

Livorno is one of Italy's most important ports.  It is the arrival point for many tourists arriving in Tuscany via ferry or cruise ship.
